Develop the professional judgment to guide learning, coaching, and capability development in practice.
Delivered through Learning Coach College, with assessment and qualification awarded by Learnivation (RTO 45570). A practical professional pathway — not a theory-first qualification — for people responsible for developing others in workplaces, teams, organisations, and learning environments.
Modern learning environments require professionals who can move confidently between coaching, mentoring, and education while understanding when each approach is most effective. The Learning Coach Professional Program develops the capability to guide learning intentionally, structure meaningful development experiences, support professional growth, and translate learning into real-world capability.
Coaching teaches you not to advise. Mentoring teaches you to share experience. Education teaches you to transfer knowledge. This program builds the professional judgment to know when to coach, when to mentor, when to teach, and how to integrate these approaches intentionally and ethically.
Learn how to guide without stepping in too quickly.
Develop the ability to understand learners and respond to what they need in the moment.
Learn how to move fluidly between coaching, mentoring, and structured learning.
For people responsible for guiding the learning and growth of others. The program integrates coaching, mentoring, learning design, facilitation, leadership development, reflective practice, and applied workplace learning.
Participants develop practical capability through real-world application, guided practice, reflective learning, professional conversations, and structured implementation — using real situations and applied work as the foundation for development.
The focus is not simply on understanding concepts — it is on developing professional judgment and capability through practice. Participants experience:
Guide without taking over — ask questions that expand thinking, hold space without over-directing, and support individuals to find their own answers.
Know when and how to introduce your expertise — share experience intentionally, guide without creating dependency, and balance listening with leadership.
Structure learning around real people and real work — design learning experiences, adapt to different individuals and teams, and move beyond content delivery.
Bring coaching, mentoring, and learning design together in real or simulated environments while building a portfolio of applied evidence.
Participants graduate with more than theoretical knowledge — they leave with a structured, repeatable professional approach and evidence of real-world capability.
The program creates a collaborative professional learning environment where participants share insights, reflect together, learn from real experiences, and strengthen their practice through professional dialogue — through group coaching, peer learning, and applied learning conversations.
The program encourages curiosity, adaptability, ethical practice, and continuous professional growth.
